Well travelled and versed in palates

2016 Apprenticed under a chef in Chapel Hill, NC

2018 Started working on sailing yachts as a private chef

​

2020 Took a step off of private yachts to apprentice under a chef in the U.S. Virgin Islands

​

2022 Moved to North Carolina and opened Bespoke Galley initially in Greenville, NC
