In the words of our founder and chef, DeAnna, “Bespoke Galley is exactly what it’s title means, unique kitchen. A private chef that comes to you for any occasion. Whether it be an intimate family dinner, holiday event, hangover brunch, wedding parties, or catering, we’re not set to any boundary. Internationally inspired palate with locally sourced ingredients.”
DeAnna comes from a diverse cultural background with over 14 years in the culinary and restaurant industry. While born and raised in eastern, North Carolina her culinary career started in the heart of Chapel Hill. After taking an apprenticeship with an American chef she started on a solo journey for private yachts. (Sorry, no Below Deck drama here!) A semi-permanent move to St. Thomas, USVI kickstarted Bespoke Galley as we know it. Heading into the galleys and homes of those we love to break bread together for all occasions. Now from the comfort of Beaufort, North Carolina she services all of the eastern sea boarder.
